In PlantTriage, each type of user sees only the areas and solutions that are relevant to that user. Control engineers, maintenance, process engineers, operations, and management are among the user role categories available. In addition each user is assigned only the process areas of relevance for them. This allows every type of user to be more effective.

For example, a maintenance technician in the utilities area will see targeted information, such as:
