• Benefits of Automation

  Demonstrate the Benefits of Automation to your Management. Learn to develop, document, and present benefits in bottom-line terms. The student will develop practical methods to identify, achieve, and document bottom-line savings from control system improvements. This course focuses on both the technical and political realities of performance improvement. Specific techniques for reducing cost, improving production rate, and reducing risk are presented. Hands-on practice ensures that the student will be able to implement these techniques upon return to the plant environment.

• Detailed Loop Analysis With ExperTune

  Three days of hands-on ExperTune training, in person, in the classroom. Includes case studies of industrial problems and solutions. This class will teach you how to get the most out of ExperTune. Learn how to quickly optimize your plant with this powerful tool.

• ExperTune Advanced Tools

  Three days of hands-on advanced ExperTune training. Includes case studies of industrial problems and solutions. Master the use of ExperTune powerful tools provided in the ExperTune advanced package. This is also a good opportunity for you to improve your control loop optimization skills.
